The Band-in-a-Box program, DAW Plugin and RealBand can all use the new RealTracks, RealDrums, MIDI and style content. xml, easier transpose, RealTracks, RealDrums sound improvements, and more. There are over 20 additions to RealBand, including intelligent Audio-Harmonies, Scrub Mode, mixer enhancements, open MusicXML. Plus, there are enhancements for reading/writing more data types to/from BIAB song files and more. There are sound improvements (gap filling, thickening) for RealTracks and RealDrums. New features allow Customizing Tracks, Bar and Song settings. Upgrades include Audio Harmonies (apply to any DAW audio track, 1–4 voices, using intelligent BIAB harmonies with passing tones). There are over 40 enhancements to the Band-in-a-Box DAW Plugin. There are SongPicker enhancements, Bass/Drums or Drums only Auto-Intros, 3,400 titles added, MusicXML enhancements, "Left-Handed" and "Student View" guitar, Drag and Drop enhancements, Audio Chord Wizard Multi-Window Display, and more. Enhanced audio time/pitch stretching (Élastique) included. Equalize Tempo allows changing a recorded rubato song to a fixed tempo.
There's a new RealTracks Artist Browser to find info/bios/links/lists of RealTracks on all the artists.Ī new Feature Browser allows the new or "forgetful" user to easily find and use most features/hotkeys/docs from a single window. Most RealDrums now have RealCharts (with accurate Drum Notation). There are enhancements to RealTracks (Smoother Sounding Vocal RealTracks, RealTracks Thickening, "Find-a-Sub" RealTracks and MultiRiffs).

Volume changes (using Bar Settings) were not working properly for RealTracks or RealDrums.PG Music Band-in-a-Box Pro 2021 is award-winning software for auto accompaniment and style-based music creation. Section letters would not show on the Chord Sheet if past bar 64 (beyond the first page), and any such section letter would end up drawing on the first page (eg 'H' on bar 65 would display on bar 1). #Band in a box for mac update#
Adding a section letter from Notation window would not update the Chord Sheet. Email dialog did not provide option to attach AIFF or M4A Artist Performance Tracks. Big Piano was showing a 'CC' label until the user moves their mouse over the keys. External resizes did not trigger the entire application window to redraw properly (eg an app like Spectacle can make a window fill the screen, half-screen, etc.). If Audio Edit window was open during playback, some of the controls on the Mixer would not redraw properly when being moved by the mouse. When opening the VU meters window, it was taking focus away from the Pre-Record dialog. File > Open Special > Open Audio was not changing the song form to match the duration of the imported audio file. 
Old Mixer window was not getting updated when changing values on the main screen Mixer. Audio Devices dialog did not have hints. This shows the number of channels, bit depth, and sampling rate. The Audio Devices dialog now shows the streaming format specifications of each output and input device listed. You can choose the % of each channel to include in the conversion. This allows you to convert your audio track from mono to stereo, or stereo to mono. There is a new item added in the Audio > Edit Audio menu: "Convert Channels (mono/stereo).". The Audio Devices dialog can also be launched from the Audio Settings dialog. There is also a new option for getting a warning message when you open a song and the audio track is missing. This allows you to choose your default audio track type (mono/stereo), or current track type, and which channels to record from (left/right/both). Audio Settings dialog added, which can be accessed from the general Preferences dialog. Band-in-a-Box can now record audio in any sample rate, instead of having to change the settings of the device before opening the program (the audio data will be resampled to 44.1kHz after recording). With bigger screen resolutions, Section Letters and bar numbers will display on the Chord Sheet (not just Section Letters).
